David Hughs
David Hughes is the Managing Director of Entourage, bringing a wealth of experience from leadership roles across the travel and business sectors.
Driven by the belief that people are the heartbeat of any organisation, David is dedicated to creating environments where individuals can truly thrive.
His extensive career includes General Manager roles at Qantas across multiple sectors, Managing Director positions at QBT Business Travel (HelloWorld) and Travel Counsellors, as well as advisory roles with Travello App, Pelikin Travel Money, and Black Book™.
Known for his people-centric and results-driven approach, David is passionate about exceeding expectations, ensuring every initiative he’s involved in supports both personal and organisational growth.

Tracey Nelson
Tracey brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the travel industry, including roles in corporate, wholesale, group and leisure travel.
Before joining Entourage Travel Group in 2021, she served as a Sales and Operations Manager for a high-end leisure agency, where she developed a strong blend of client-facing and operational skills.
At Entourage, Tracey values the collaborative spirit and shared goals that drive the team. Integrity is at the core of her work, ensuring that the right results are achieved with minimal cost, both financially and emotionally.
Tracey is dedicated to putting clients’ needs first, whether through policy assistance, advice, or simply being a sounding board.
